go to liverpool and make further submission , please in mind you must put further submission on asylum ground and you can include human rights grounds and its unreasonable child leave the UK.
you need to put all evidence , further threat of your life any new evidence, your child spend 7 years in uk, need letter from child school , any extra sports activities , family and friends in uk any close ties in uk and How you support yourself.

yes you have a chance but include asylum ground and human rights ground,bring child school certificates, family photos , child sleep over with friend pictures , private family pictures , child attending extra activity and any medical conditions. child speak only English and not understanding any other language.

Hi guys i hope you all doing well, i have made a fresh claim application on late 2015 with further representation based on my marriage on 2017, i don't get any interview from the HO just acknowledgment letters which i received after few months its being tow years now

is it good or bad sing?

No , before they need to contact, case worker need to review the case and Ho should invite for interview for removal process so it take 3 months ,

without out of children , its danger and HO will detain any time during reporting event , only way to get rid of that situation , you can apply human right application and it take 6 to 7 months to take decision.

i got permission by post because my wife was pregnant and my child have school and health issues so i was unable to travel to liverpool for further submission and I send HO written application with medical evidence and HO gave me permission by post for Further Submission , but normally you need to book appointment over the phone and you have to go Liverpool for further submission , At the time of Further submission HO Maybe detain that person.

yes i gave reason that i need to look after my wife she was 7 months pregnant and she was on high risk and child is going to school and only i have to pick and drop him to school , so i was unable to travel.

but you need to call first and then you need to write to further submission Unit with valid reason, why you are unable to travel and you need to give medical evidence , so then HO will write you back YES or NO within 14 days time
