Considering that you've only met twice, I'd go for a fiance visa. That will give you time to live and learn about each other in "real world". You are at the stage of a holiday romance at the moment, see if you still want to marry him after 6 months of fiance visa.
Would you marry a British guy whom you've only met twice? Probably not, as there is no holiday adrenaline rush.

hello
i am agree with you but i have met him by net about more than 2 years nad i met him by person for 2 times and 1 month for every meet and i have test him alot he is really nice and also agree with you about the fiance visa it good for me to know him more therefor when he will be here but its very diffecult for him to get fiance visa cuz of the new rules of immigration and also we are waitin what they will do in 1st april cuz they said they will bring a new rules.

it won't be any easier to get a spouse visa, IMHO. You'll still have to satisfy the same requirements - accommodation, finances, etc. The only difference is that on spouse visa he'll be allowed to work straight away.
