Your employer managed to speak to the HO directly? Yeah I also agree that the more delay there is, the lesser the chance of getting your rCOS. But everyone who has commented on this thread, hasn't gotten their rCOS yet I think.Ddm123 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 16, 2017 12:46 pmHello Everyone,
My employer has also applied for this month allocation. But have not got any response until now. Its still showing pending. After calling the HO they are saying as there are lot of applicants its taking time. But It is too late already. I want to know if anyone got the Rcos either yes or no for them or at least for someone they know. As the more it delayed the lesser the chance is to get it so its not at all a good sign. But if mostly no one got it until now then may be there is chance. So I request please let me know whether anyone got it or not.
No They have talked to the help desk. The help desk guy logged into the system and told that everything looks fine. But it has not come that means it is delayed. I think it is getting delayed from the home office side. But its already 16th. So little bit tensed. Your employer applied this month first time or have they applied before?mschase wrote: ↑Thu Nov 16, 2017 12:57 pmYour employer managed to speak to the HO directly? Congrats! When did your employer apply for the CoS if I may ask? And did they tell you when is the soonest you will be able to schedule your visa application appointment?
Congrats! Are you based in London or are you applying for rCOS from overseas? I noticed your location as London.
Congratulationsaokamgba wrote: ↑Fri Nov 17, 2017 10:38 amWe just received the approval as well. I am currently relying on an email sent to the AO as the website seems to be down and I cannot log into the SMS to double check.
The RCOS application was submitted on 5 November and we got the response via email 6.37am today. The email says "Your application has been granted exceptionally outside of the monthly allocation process." HO didn't contact us in the meantime for any explanations or documents.
Just hoping SMS will be back up soon!

Hey @aokamgba, that is the case with me, I have the exact same points as you, 36 and the salary is also the same bracket. The RLMT was also conducted properly this time by my employer unlike last time, which as a result was rejected.aokamgba wrote: ↑Fri Nov 17, 2017 11:30 amYes, I am not really sure why it didn't go through the normal allocation as this is what I expected to happen.
In terms of points I believe for completed RLMT and salary £36k the application scored 20 + 16 = 36 points. But in all previous months allocations the minimum for allocation was 21 points (basically just passing RLMT and being paid the minimum does the trick) so I wouldn't worry about the points as basis for rejection.
