Option of Further Application after the refusal of PR

Post by lon017 » Sat Nov 18, 2017 7:53 am

Sent PR application and got refused because I sent the DCPR of the sponsor instead of EU Passport😡, they gave the option to Further Application
Rang them and spoke to 2 different person and they told me to make a new application which is contrary to what says in the refusal letter?
Does anyone can share a light of what should be the least time consuming?
And also how can one submit a Further Application?
Thanks again for any comment👍

You need to explain your case here.
If you provide incomplete information you will get incomplete answer.
On what basis you applied for PR?
What documents you have to be eligible for PR.

Answer:Long residency, 7 Years in UK.
What documents you have to be eligible for PR.
All necessary.

As you can see on the previous post the only reason for refusal, was that I did not send the EU Passport of the sponsor with the Application. Now can you share a light on how to proceed with further application and what would be the approx waiting time? Or should I accept the option of the HO deskhelp and fill in a new application?
Thanks

Re-apply with your spouse EU ID or passport,
EU citizen spouse EEA PR,
Your non EU Passport,
2x applicant’s passport size Photo, 1x EU citizen passport size photo,
Bank statements for both on same address, any other government or HMRC letters dating 5 years back.

Are you in a relationship with the EEA national in question or you are divorced?

Hi Obie appreciate your input.
Answer for your question is no.
Let me explain:
We came to UK in 2011
Mother EU national with DCPR since 2016.
Father Non EU, Just Acquired British Citizenship through long Residency, after 1 year with PR.
The question is now with Daughter : Born Abroad. EU national come to UK when she was 4 and now 11 years old. We should have attached her to ours application for DCPR but her passport was expired and we left it for another date and now I regret.
The only reason for her (Daughter) DCPR refusal was that we did not attached the EU mother`passport (Sponsor) to the application at the time. We thought the DCPR of the sponsor would be enough, but it was not the case.
I think I will reapply again. But even if I have to do it I would like to know and let all members know what Further Application is.
Thanks again for your input.
