Any action required??

Hi,

I am currently on FLR under HSMP till Nov'2010 and will complete my 5 years of stay in UK by that time. I will then be applying for ILR. Am I right in believing that no action is required from my side till 2010.

Do I need to do anything with Tier 1 category coming into existence. I am a little confused with the switching thing from HSMP to Tier 1.

If I need to do anything, can sombody let me know what exactly is the process.

Hi, Friend,,

Even I have asked the same questions but noone bothers to reply!!
I got my hsmp for 2 years in last Feb to be renews in feb'09,,
I would also like to know do I need to do anything as of now?

As far as I have read the guidelines it says that if you are currently on a valid HSMP visa u don't need to do anything and continue with it till the end and then after than it will be ILR for me. But I still do need to confirm it with sombody. I guess there are no changes to the ILR process.
