Thanks Brother, Your response was so encouraging and yes I am thinking on hiring a solicitor. One other thing that I wanted to know from your experience that what documents we have to show regarding the existing business in Pakistan ?
Best of luck bro for your application, May you get that good news very soon!

You have been advised on this. We CANNOT tell you how long this could take. You MUST wait to hear back and this could take weeks to months.

You don't have the privilege of PM function yet as you are a new user.

The reason it is not showing processing time for Tier 1 from that location is because there were no T1 Visa approvals for the period it covered. I assume there will be an update for October times in the next few days.

Unkown time period after interview is kind of set off for all the other applicants.
How can a business person leave 200£k in his her account for unlimited period of time. I mean seriously do they think people have smuggling or drugs money. There must be a fixed time frame, thats how it works.
Really disappointing situation.

Yeah right
They cannot stay on their words. They said they will escalate my decision within 20 working days but when I call HO they said ur decision is still pending.I don’t know why they can’t take any decision from last 1 n half month.Seriously I’m fed up

You have now turned this thread into a general discussion one. You were advised to remain patient as this could take several months. Tier 1E visa are not easily issued and have substantial checks. This is NOT a simple visitor visa and you are not entitled to a visa because you applied for it

I’m not blaming anyone. They have updated their website & they have mention that most applications are processing in 60 working days & I’m waiting from almost 3 months.I was just discussing with fellow member that’s it

Also, after receiving an overturned decision on an AR, how long does it normally take to receive the stamp on passport?

Please ask your questions in your own topic rather than tagging onto another members very long thread.
