Which Visa for Kids and Spouse of ILR (from Tier 2) Holder - from Outside UK

Dear All,

Please I need your help again

I have recently got my ILR (From Tier 2), which visa should i apply for my Kids and Wife

below is the scenario

Wife - Was here during my studies (Student dependent Visa and 1 year on PSW dependent). Then went to India. never entered UK again after that

Kids - Both born in India (never entered UK)

Spouse and child settlement visas.

https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa

£1,464 each visa fee PLUS £600 each Immigration Health Surcharge.

Wife needs to meet the English requirement and you need to meet the financial/income requirement.

Adequate accommodation proof also needed.
