About EC between different countries

I have applied for HSMP from india and got approved successfully.By the time I got my HSMP , my company sent me to korea for 5 months.

Now I am in South korea . I am planning to apply for EC. All the bank documents and all other details belongs to indian banks .

Can I apply EC in south korea with indian bank details ???

Also I am here on business visa , how to leave my passport with british embessy korea for a month :O?
