Arrangement of the actual ceremony (date/time) is done by your local authority and not the HO. Depending on the council, you may get a separate letter from them - in addition to the letter from the HO - inviting you to a ceremony OR you may need to contact them to arrange a date and time.
Either way I would wait until you receive the letter from the HO regarding your ceremony before contacting your local authority.
