Tier-1 Entrepreneur Employees Status

Tier-1 Entrepreneur Employees Status

If an employee leaves the job then in how many minimum days next employee should be enrolled to maintain one year length of employment?

Secondly; can we enroll a person who has ILR status right now but will be getting nationality in coming six months OR only British National employee will be satisfying the home office requirement?
We will be applying for extension in July 2018

There is no minimum days to take new staff, however the total number of time thr two employees spend must be equal to at least 52 weeks and in the same role.

A worker with ILR is a settled worker, he doesnt have to have a British citizenship.

You have to cover 3120 hours in one year regardless of number of employees or when do they join or leave...

ILR and EU nationals are considerd setteled workers.. british passport is not mandatory..

This is just not correct as far as I know.

There is no need to meet 3120 hours in one year. It is for the full period of the grant of leave.

And the rules have changed - you can't just count total hours any more.... It is very specific - Two jobs of 12 months (52 weeks) each.
