sorry for late replying as was busy in sending all docs, here are the interview questions its was a nightmare , it lasted for 2 hours , it was video interview
1. Name & Date of Birth
2. Why you Registered your Company & who with?
3. Why your Team Member Resigned as a Director? then 20 min questions about him ( as he changed his visa )
4. What other businesses he is doing?
5. How he managed times with his other business
6. How much he invested in this company?
7. Date when he started his other business
8. How much he is earning from other business
9. Have you paid whatever he has invested
10. Whose name is lease / rent?
11. How do you know your team member and for how long
12. Your business address? His other business address?
13. How many walking customers every week
14. Structure of your office building? Arguments about building structure as he was claiming
it’s a residential place instead of commercial,
15. Who are your Clients & how many?
16. Their names , addresses & what they do
17. What you did for them?
18. What services you provided them & why?
19. What have you told them in the services?
20. Don’t they know how to do these things rather than you telling them?
21. How many hours spent with client A , client B Client C etc etc ?
22. What did you tell them in these hours?
23. how many current clients?
24. How much they worth?
25. Whats the current turnover after applying extension
26. Where did you get initial funds from?
27. Do you have proof of initial funds ? Can you Send us proof
28. Can you Send us lease proof
29. Can you Send us business account statements since you started business until today (
interview date )
30. All invoices till today ( Interview Date )
31. All contracts till date
32. Your turnover when you applied for extension , OP , NP
33. How much rent paying for office?
34. How much paying for advertising and what source you using
35. When did you do your 1st investment
36. How many employees? Their Names & Day to day activities?
37. How did you find employees?
