I think someone on this forum (moOn) had £1000 in her savings and her husband got the visa. I think they look at savings and income collectively, so if your income is higher than average then I think you will be okay.khan85 wrote:im sponsoring hubby from pak
how much do i need show as savings???
Is the rent shared between you and someone else? If so, maybe it is worth getting a letter from the landlord stating that the rent is split between you and another tenant.khan85 wrote:tanko manko sammiee!!!

and my rent is £400
hmm yeh i cud get sum1 to borrow me money
Honestly, since my Husband handed in his application, I toss and turn at night thinking about it.khan85 wrote: i dunno how u get to slp at night
Why don't you just use cash that you have borrowed from family member/friend to pay for your usual expenses, food, clothes, transport, etc etc instead of using your debit/credit card. That way, your bank balance wont go down (as you are using the cash you borrowed) and you don't have to worry about depositing "too much" money into your account. Just live off the money you are given; as you're withdrawing less and your salary goes in, your balance will blow up like a fat kid eating ice-cream sodas...!!khan85 wrote:what if i stick al the money and write sum kind of letter saying its a wedding gift or sumthing
