SET M - Document Requirement

Post by Aleena_wasiq1 » Sun Dec 10, 2017 2:33 pm

Hello,

My 5 year route on FLR(M) is going to be completed this march and I will apply for SET(M).

Please can you advise what are the required documents for SET (M)? I am not sure if I have to provide the P60 for last five years of my stay on FLR (M)?

I would appreciate if you could enlist all the documents required.

Many Thanks,

Aleena

-correspondence to show me and my husband living together

Hi,

Can you please help me with question 9.13 on SET (M) form.

It is asking for all the absences during my stay in the UK and has only given 5 boxes to confirm it. However I have been out of the county 7 times for holiday purpose and the total days are 216 not any holiday was more than 60 days.

Please advise where do i write about the remaining 3 absences. Do i need to provide them with proof of all my holidays? tickets are hotels reservations?

Many thanks,

Aleena

Do you mean print question 9.13 twice and add the remaining information to next page?

I am booking a PEO appointment. You think these many absences are normal?

Page 42 yes, print the page twice and complete the last couple on the second page.

There is NO absence limit for spouse visa applicants.

60 months completion period for SET (M)

Post by Aleena_wasiq1 » Mon Jan 22, 2018 6:11 pm

Hi,

I received my first FLR-M approval on 9th March 2013 and my second FLR-M for is running out on 24 March 2018.

I have booked PEO appointment for 1st March 2018 as it says on the form that I can apply within 28 days before my current leave expires.
However, I am worried as my 5 years on FLR-M will be completed on 9th March but my appointment is on 1st of march and completing the 5 years on FLR-M is one of the rules for SET-M.

Please can you advise if I need to change my appointment date?
