Hi everyone. I am new here. I need help and advice from the experts on this forum please.
Applied for extension on 20.7.17
Biometric and Acknowledgement letter received on 29.7.17
Biometrics done on 1.8.17
Application fee paid by visa debit card.
Up till now application fee has not been taken from bank account.
Is there anyone who has paid for application fees sucessfully with a visa debit card.
No news yet from the HO. Contacted UKVI in August about fees not taken yet. Was told it will be escalated to the accounts department but till now money is still intact in my account. They confirm application is with them but no further info given. I

You need to call UKVI phone line and follow your application. Fees are generally processed within 14 days of application being received

Thank you Zimba88. Is paying by my visa debit card acceptable ? Just need an urgent answer please. I have been worried about the fact that could it be my form of payment? I have more than enough funds in the account by the way.
