Spouse Visa refusal due to employers information

Post by faisalm » Tue Dec 12, 2017 1:54 pm

I applied for my wifes spouse visa from Pakistan.

I applied using the Priority Service paying the additional fee on top of the application.

I applied on the 30/10/2017, my wife's application was processed in 30 days on the 11/12/2017 and it is refusal.

ECO supplied a reason of: Employer failed to disclose turnover details, furthermore the company assets and reserves for 31st January 2017 was in deficit, as such I am not satisfied the company is in a position to pay your spouse £19200 as well as the day to day running of the business as well as pay the salary of the Manager XXX

This leads me to doubt that your spouse is in receipt of the income as stated by you.

You have therefore failed to satisfy me that your income meets the financial requirement.

Now what do I do?

I am stuck, I have seeked legal advice, if I submit a new application they will still have doubt and its costly and time consuming, If I appeal its the same possibly?

On 25th November you posted in the FLR(M) Timeline Topic that you had applied by post. This timeline topic is for applications within the UK.

No you state you applied from Pakistan

Combining previous employment with new employment under Cat B

Post by faisalm » Wed Feb 07, 2018 12:49 pm

Hello

I was just wondering if someone could help me please.

I have been employed by a company for the past 11 months and my current gross income comes to approx £18207.68 can I combine my new gross income from my new employment to make up the required financial requirement to meet Category B?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Can anyone help?

My HM Revenue & Customs record along with my bank statements show close to the requirement, can I make up the difference from my new employment?

Hello

I was just wondering how long should you wait till you apply through the adequate maintenance route for a outside spouse visa?

For adequate maintenance, IF you are getting the qualifying benefits, require 1 months evidence as far as I understand.

Kindly keep ALL your questions on the same application in ONE topic (this one).
