It only impacts job creation.

After April 2014, you need to create two full time equivalent jobs, each existing for at least 12 months.

Before April 2014, you just need to create 104 weeks of full time jobs. So, for example, if you had six jobs, they only needed to have existed for 4 months each to meet the job creation requirements.

According to the new rule,

Please note transitional agreement will no longer influence the application if you need to apply your ext visa or ILR after April 2019.

I searched in set(O) form but haven't found anything regarding transitional arrangements which are there in tier 1 extension application nor did i found anything regarding ILR after april 2019? Could you please provide official link to your above statement.

Thanks

Reference to transitional arrangements can be found in the Tier 1 Entrepreneur guidance. It covers the requirements for both extension and settlement (which are the same as far as job creation is concerned).

You will find the changes announced couple of weeks back at https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _Rules.pdf

Please see details of the link below on page 48 setion 49. (e)

================================================

Job creation: notes
49. (a) A full time job is one involving at least 30 hours of paid work per
week.
(b) “The equivalent of” a full time job means two or more part time
jobs that add up to 30 hours per week, if each of the jobs exist for at
least 12 months. However, one full time job of more than 30 hours of
work per week will not count as more than one full time job.
(c) A job may count even if it does not last 12 consecutive months (for
example it lasts for 6 months in one year and 6 months the following
year) provided that it is the same job.
(d) The jobs need not exist on the date of application, provided that
they existed for at least 12 months as specified in Table 5 (row 4) and
Table 6 (row 3).
(e) Different jobs that have existed for less than 12 months cannot be
combined together to make up a 12 month job. The only exception is
where the applicant successfully applied as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)
Migrant before 6 April 2014, has had continuous leave as a Tier 1
(Entrepreneur) Migrant since then, and the date of application for entry
clearance, leave to remain or indefinite leave to remain is before 6
April 2019.

(f) If jobs are being combined the employees being relied upon must
be clearly identified by the applicant in their application.
(g) The jobs must comply with all relevant UK legislation including,

Assuming the full time job has existed for 12 months, you will meet the job creation requirements pre or post April. You don't need the transitional arrangements.
