UK visit visa

Post by sundaysun123 » Tue Dec 19, 2017 4:06 pm

Before 10-11 weeks, I applied for uk visit visa for a sabbatical trip (70 days) but due to reasons mentioned in the refusal letter like - employer leave permit but that was unpaid + insufficient funds for such long stay + mentioning friends’ name & address on appli. but not providing their invitation letter....all of this lead to refusal.
I accept and agree to almost everything. The error was on my part as I didn’t submit relevant docs / proofs.

I intend to apply for a 10 day visit during summer vacation, where I’ll get a paid leave + I’ll have sufficient funds as well. Almost 3-4 times my actual uk trip cost (from salary and savings income)

I would like to know - (1) will the new tourist visa application with changed circumstances have any good chances of getting an approval - by providing sufficient evidences this time? will this fresh application get affected due to my recent visa refusal?

2) I had mentioned the names of my 2 friends in my last application form stating that I’ll stay with them for couple of days; should I mention their names again even if I do not intend to stay with or depend on them? I’m financially well-off on my own and they aren’t going to sponsor the visit. Will the ECO compare such details from my previous appli. with the new one?

3) How can I make a stronger application this time?

Since my application is genuine, I’m positive that ECO will be satisfied with the new application as I’ll provide all the appropriate evidences.

Thanks in advance for helpful responses.
