Information Needed - Citizenship

Hi every body
i am due to apply for an next month on five years basis.I got some questions before applying and hopefully will get some useful guidance.i came hete in 2007 on spouse visa and returned back in 2008.At that time i had 3 driving points by the court.Shall i declare it or leave it as its almost 10 yrs old now.the 2nd question is i was arrested by police last year due to a false allegation by ex .police released me without charge so shall i declare it?At the moment i an seaking a child contact and findings are against me .Court ,s judgement is that i been doing dv on ex although its not true but i had no choice.no 3 i got 2 defaults against me will it be ok? can you send me the link whete i can check ccj against me.no4 i got married again 2nd wife lives abroad i called the home office today and they said i need to declare the merriage?Finally i had my b1 english test in 2014 when i got my ilr do i need to do it again.These are all quedtions in my head going through i hope i will have some usefull information by you guys.

i have reached all the points by calling home office.i been interviewd under caution which is a general prectice by police .i called the police as well and they clearly said i got no caution either simple or conditional.shall i write it on the form or ignorr it.2nd about the points on driving licence i am stuck as i mentioned previously it was in 2008 and i have to attend the court so what shall i do regarding that?shall i declare it or leave it?your help means a lot for me
