Scoring points for job creation

Hi,
I applied to enter the route before 6 April 2014.

My query is:
After getting my first extension, can I employ just one employee for 24 months, in the post of 'Sales Executive, and still score points for job creation'?
This employee shall be employed full time.

OR
After completing his one year of employment, shall I re-employ him under some other designation/ change his designation, to prove that 2 jobs have been created.

Provided you apply for your ILR before April 2019 one job for 24 months is fine.
If it is after then you can try the job change but HO will reserve the right to challenge it. It will probably be a test case for how they enforce same employee for two jobs.

May I know where this clause is present wherein they mention about stopping the transitional arrangement after April 2019?
