Long Residence

Dear experts,
I need a help can you pls clarify
I was on many visa and since 10 years and granted ILR a week back my last visa was t2 general,my wife and kid is always with me as dependent
Our t2g is valid till dec 2019 now my query is
1. Since I got my Ilr last week what will be the status of my wife and kid.? Still t2 general
2. Since the are with me continuesly can the apply as dependent or direct 10 years route ?
If indipendent wht doc do I need to provide?
If 10 years route what doc do I need to submit as wife is housewife and kid in school

Both may apply separately under Long Residence as you did.

However, if your kid was born in the UK, then s/he's entitled to register directly.

My question is what doc do we need to provide when the apply for ILR as the are dependent?
And what is their current status are the still under t2 general my previous visa?

Their leave are still valid for remaining in the UK. But don't travel.

Don't be nervous. The SET(LR) form should specify what documents they require. Their applications should as simple as yours, if not more simpler.
