Hi All

My wife is on DLR at the moment and was granted Outside Immigration rules (exceptional circumstances) since I was not settled then - Now I'm settled and my Son is also British and I was thinking to make an application by switching the DLR Visa into FLR (M) since we meet the financial requirements - I'm a bit confused as what should I apply for 5 or 10 year route for her (FLR-M) as I don't want to get the application wrong - Ideally we would love to apply for 5 Year Route ..Many thanks

FLR(M) is a 5 year route (2 x 2.5 year visas) if you meet all the requirements.
