Successful UK Visa+Appeal Process

Helo friends......My appeal was allowed in 11 January....Now it's been 6 months. Didn't receive call letter or any other emial ! Impatiently need help ! Please guide me in this regard.......I am from Pakistan ! Visa type is settlement....

Did you make enquires from Specialist Appeal team as to whether or not the Home Office made an application for permission to appeal.

In my experience, the implementation of Appeal decision in entry clearance cases are much faster than Out of country.

I had an Upper Tribunal Entry clearance appeal for a family allowed in the middle of April, and SAT decided not to appeal on the 08-05, and the family were issued in the 2nd week of June. Delay was due to payment of NHS surcharge for child.

Family are now in the UK.

Therefore a January allowed appeal should have been implement by now, unless there is a further challenge.

Hello.
My appeal was allowed on 11th January 2017, We have been waiting for Home office`s response for over 7 months. Then my dad asked a MP there in Dudley to sort out the problem. He contacted the home office,They immediately replied him.Home office said that they didnt know that our appeal was allowed already. thats really sick !! Now we are much closer.Hope we will be asked to submit passports soon...

Hello Everyone,
lemme summarize the whole story.
*We applied in near March 2016,
*Got visa refused after a month,
*Appeal against the decision,
*Appeal allowed in January 2017
Home office took 8 Months to send us Call letter ! ( MY dad there in UK, contacted their local MP who helped us a lot to sort out the matter**I recommend you to Contact your local MP to get your Call letter as soon as possible)
*Received Call letter in October 2017, (Received by Email from UKVI)
*Submitted our Passports to UK Visa Application in Mirpur(PAKISTAN) on 2 November 2017,
*Almost 4 weeks passed out *Still waiting for passports ! (Anyone in same case ? How much time it gonna take to issue us Visa )
I will update this thread as soon as i get passports back from Embassy !

Hi Everyone, I would like to share my experience with you.
We applied for a settlement Visa in near March 2016. Got refused (After 29 Days approx.).
We were given right to appeal against the decision.Our Appeal was allowed in 11Th January 2017 . Home Office took almost 7 Months But they didnt contact us. My Dad there in UK asked his local MP to sort out the matter by contacting them. They responded to him much faster and we got the letter within 2 Months to submit our passports. We submitted our passports in 02 November 2017 , We received call from UK Visa Application Center on 29 December to collect our passports.....It was a bad experience but Alhamdulilah now Everything is fine........

Can I ask what the issue was and regarding the appeal was it a straight forward appeal process or did you attend court ?
