Combining Doctorate Extension visa with Tier 2 for ILR

Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to combine time spent under Doctorate Extension Scheme (DES) and Tier 2 visa to complete 5 years for ILR? In DES, it is allowed to work full time after PhD studies.

Thanks, makky86. It looks like DES cannot be combined with Tier 2 :(
