Student dependant

Post by Faisalederath » Mon Jan 01, 2018 10:37 am

Hi all, am Faizal , I was there in uk as student and I apply flro before my visa expired. After 3 months flro application has been refused and I applied again . And I leave the country before the result of the application . Now am planing to come as a student dependent, if I apply for dependent visa is there any chance of refusal...

Hello,

I was a student of university of Chester , I completed my course on 2016 March , and I applied flro before my visa expires and the flro got refused on August 3 and I re applied again .... that also refused ... I applied for 3 rd time and before the decision from the home office I left the country ..... now my wife is going to uk for her masters . My question is is there any chance of refusal if I applied for my wife’s dependant ...

Yes once you can apply as student dpenedant but again its up to the officer's discretion he can take your previous attempts to buy time and stay in the UK as in a negative way

Yes, there is a chance of refusal but no one here can tell you if it will definitely be refused or not. HO look at your immigration history as they have all the information available.
