COA right to work

Post by mujeeb » Thu Jan 04, 2018 12:35 am

hello everyone,

I have applied for a residence card as my wife is an EEA citizen. The home office refused my application without issuing me a certificate of application. I had been given the right to appeal and I did appeal, now the appeal is in the court waiting for a hearing.
is this email "NWEuroCOARequests@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk" only used for duplicate COA or is it used to get a new one too? and if this is not the way how can I get my COA or right to work while the appeal is on the court.??

can anyone help me regarding this, please!!

I have a friend who has been refused before CoA because she forgot to sign the biometric page of the application form.

COA will not be issued in those circumstances as the application was invalid. This does not appear to be the case with OP.
