When did you apply your Eu 3 application
And what documents you provide ?
Did you provide anything with you ex partner details and documents?
How long they took for approval Retention case?
No I didn't get temporary stamp because I have still valid stamp 4 .

I applied retentin EU5 and EU3 same time in Aug 2017 and got retention 4 weeks. Further document requested by Inis for EU3 application only her contract and activity during divorce processed, I have submitted her employment Letter and payslips date of divorce started and decree issued.

So got temporary stamp 4 until end of march.

Be positive

Hi final version,

There is no matter you live in same roof or separate as for as my experienced .

Most important is both of you in state and EU spouse proof of activity payslips and job letter , or contract is covered all blind spots.
