Child ILR/Naturalization process

I received my ILR through Tier2 ICT 5 years route. My child born outside UK , currently in PBS Dependent visa. Please help me to clarify the below queries.

1) What is eligibility for my 4 years old daughter to get ILR or Citizenship? (As mentioned she completed 3 years living in UK)

Your daughter will follow the same route as the less privileged parent; in this case, her mother.

I am applying for NATURALIZATION this month. If I receive citizenship, will it help my daughter to get ILR/citizenship process please?

My wife have to continue in the PBS visa status for another 2 more years to complete 5 years.

No it wont help ypur daughter. As Casa already explained in your other topic, you beco.ing british gives no benefit at this stage to your dependents. They require ILR first before they can apply for citizenship. There is no shortcut.
