Not sure how she would have managed to get two visitor visas so close to one another as the general rule is a visitor cannot remain in the UK for more than 180 days per 12 month cycle. She must then have gone back to Georgia before her visa expired, stayed for a couple of weeks and got another visa and then returned to England (again I don't know on what grounds and I presume she didn't declare she was pregnant)
Yes, but not an easy road for her either. Now that she has given birth here in the U.K. and with the father being 'British' will that make it easier for her to remain here?
You won't get any answers and even if you report him or her, HO certainly won't keep you updated.I find it all very confusing and because of data protection can't get any answers through the official channels, which is why I thought I'd try to see if I could get any answers here!!?
There are many different types of residence cards, all with their own rules and requirements that have to be met. So stating this is what the peraon has, doesnt mean much as it massively depends what category it is.She has a UK Residence Card!!
Apparently you can become a UK resident in less than 2 years.... Crazy!!
