FLR (M) clarification of dependent travel question

Hi

I am completing the online forms for myself.

My kids are UK citizens and were born in Israel. As a family we moved from Israel to the UK in 2015. I am Australian, I received a spouse visa that expires in March.

The question I am confused about is regarding my son and daughter:

Please enter the country they have visited (including holidays) or lived in. Include all countries no matter how long the visit or stay.

Is this since birth or only since we moved to the UK in 2015?
