Is there any problem for me to re-enter the UK with a Tier 2 visa which will expire in 2.5 weeks?

Hi there,

I would like to ask if there is any problem for me to re-enter the UK with a Tier 2 visa which will expires in 2.5 weeks?

My current Tier 2 visa will expire in Mid March 2018. I'm going to travel back to my country in February and return to UK in the 25th February. My current contract ends in the end of February, but my employer is going to extend my Tier 2 visa.

I would like to ask if it is okay for me to re-enter the UK border in the late February and apply my visa extension by post? Or is it necessary for me to apply for visa extension by Premium service before my travel?

Should be no issue as long as visa is valid when you return.
