You need a valid passport as far as I understand. Is it possible to apply with an expired passport?
Obviously as you cannot apply for ILR outside the UK.Please note that the application will be made from within the UK.
I only asked it for information as it is usually helpful to members in case you ask further questions so that they can reply accordingly.
If you read the sentence correctly, it is 'or (except a PBS applicant), a national identity card as evidence of your identity and nationality'ochman17 wrote: ↑Thu Jan 11, 2018 3:26 pmHi CR001,
Thanks for all your responses and pardon my persistence.
It says on the form "You must provide your valid passport or (except a PBS applicant)...". I understand this to mean it is not compulsory for a PBS applicant to provide one (please correct me if I am wrong). I am considering not putting a passport at all as it is with my country's High Commission.
If my understanding above is right then, does a T2G dependant application qualify as PBS application?
