Marriage Visa

Post by WooHoo » Sun Mar 30, 2008 1:39 pm

My wife will soon join me in the UK on a marriage visa :P - temp for 2 years. I am British.

I understand she will covered by the NHS for medical issues. Yet, I have been unable to find out what else she is entitled to. For example, we were wondering how she is classed if she wants to do further study at university.

Would she be entitled to Home/EU Rates or the full whack foreigner fare? :?

Thanks in advance!

There is absolutely no problem her studying, except she will be liable to pay the Overseas Fees.
