dv ilr refused

hi everyone, my dv ilr was refused , what are the options now can somebody please help?
can i switch to spouse visa within the uk as i am married to another person and alos expacting
please answer

Can you provide a full immigration history with visas and start and expiry dates?

What date did you apply for DV ILR?

What were the reasons for refusal?

Are you divorce from your previous spouse and if yes, what date was it finalised?

What date did you get married?

applied dv ilr in august 2017 and got refused in january 2018 and sent adminitrative review in january 2018 , an i apply spouse visa in uk ?
