salary requiremnt for ILR in my case

Post by hunfah » Fri Jan 12, 2018 9:35 pm

Hi I need your help regarding my case. Currently I am on Tier 2 general visa.I was getting salary of £29000 per annum earlier but now my salary has increased to £35000 which will effect from 1st January 2018 and I need to apply on 1st April 2018 for ILR. I will attach last 3 salary slips of £35000, do you think it will have any problem getting my ILR?
Just to mention I have same employer from 2013.

29K to 35K that's like 20% ! It will definatley raise red flag when you apply for ILR. Is that you are the only one getting this pay rise in this team? Why didn't you get this pay rise last year?

A £6,000 increase in salary close to submitting an ILR application may well trigger a visit to your sponsor from the HO. Are you the only employee to be given a substantial pay rise :?:

Last year you were applying for FLR(M) for your wife so how can you be on Tier 2?
