TIER 1 EXTENTION APPROVED

By the grace of Almighty my extention approved after 10 months.
Special thanks to forum members who helped throughout the process. Forum was really helpful.
Timeline as follows
Applied 27th Feb 2017
Biometric done in March
Complex letter received in start of April
Office Interview on 2nd Nov 2017
Received approval letter and BRP today.
My initial tier1 visa was granted in March 2014. It's mean I can apply for ILR in End of Feb or March 2019?
Is there any other requirements except 2 full time jobs for 12 months?

Yes you can apply for ILR early 2019.
The guidance set out the requirements for your ILR.
The main one is the job creation, but of course you need the Life in the UK test also.

Yes I received yesterday.
Last year all of my friends whose applications were successful received IHS refund 1st and then approval.
Fingers crossed, hopefully it will be positive whereas I'm prepared for interview as well either in my office or in vfs.

Thanks heya, I hope it will be good news but I personally think that ihs refund got nothing to do with decision.
I don't think i will receive any news soon.
