I have sent my 10 year work History and ex wife 6 years including proof of residence I had another 2.5 year left on ROr. I haven’t received any letter from home Office apart from 1 letter which states I will get my Biometric card in 10 days.
sorry but could you please explain what is `fast track subject access request` ? all I know is that you can write them an e-mail ..Jayjay2017 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 14, 2018 5:45 pmMy advice is that you should apply for a fast track subject access request from the Home Office in order to shed some light on why you were issued a residence card instead of a permanent residence document.
Once you have the information, then you can take the next steps.
Have you actually written to the Home Office to query their decision?

On the gov.uk it is saying something like : `do not apply for PR please as there will be another document soon confirming your rights `.
Could this problem be somehow connected with that ? Is there a possibility HO don`t want to give a PR cards to people because of Brexit ? as it will be easier for them for now to just issue another 5 years RC Visa so there is less mess for them later with changing EU PR`s for new UK documents which they are about to introduce ?
would be nice to hear Guru`s in there , for what smart people could say about this assumption ?
