FPS confusion. Please advise.

Post by raj.m » Mon Jan 15, 2018 3:48 pm

Hi,

I will be applying for ILR (Tier 1 5 year £50000 route) in March this year. I am slightly confused about the format of the FPS report. My accountant uses Sage 50 and my FPS reports look like the one in the below link:

I am confused because this FPS does not show gross pay or net pay. However, according to the guidance, they want the following:

"(a) Printouts of Real Time-Full Payment Submissions showing you are complying with Pay
As You Earn (PAYE) reporting requirements to HM Revenue & Customs, in respect of each
relevant settled worker as legally required, and have done so for the full period of
employment used to claim points. These must show every payment made to each settled
worker as well as any deductions.
" - Page 35, Policy Guidance, 01/2018

Anyone else in the same boat? Any solution to this?

Please advise.

Thank you

The image you attached appears to be the FPS summary document and the not the FPS submission.

PS : You do not need to start a new post for each question - in fact, it is better to do it all in one thread.
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.

no, this is the actual submission upon which you get a receipt with a correlation id. I've started two different topics because this topic is very specific to my case and the other topic is a general discussion on the job creation aspect of the updated guidance.

Well, this does not meet the requirements as it does not show the payments made.

Check with your accountant for the detailed FPS submission.

I did. He said this is everything that Sage 50 produces.

This is WRONG. Where did you get that from ?

You don't need the start date to be in the FPS anymore, but the FPS itself is needed !!!
