Hi,
I have gone through all guidance docs available at the websites for UK tier 1 Visa for new rules applying from 1 April,2008. I have few queries regarding maintenance Funds.
As every where they have explained about the funds maintenance from within UK but what about the waiver or rule for ppl applying from outside UK sp. from INDIA. its really not very clear to me. It talks about having minimum balance of 800 UK pounds while applying from with in UK.. what about ppl applying from India. does this applies to them too till 29th June, 2008.

Can someone please help me with more details and there understanding on this.
