Remarriage after revoked RC

Hi all,
My last marriage with Maroccan French national took no longer then 1 year due to a dicision of the mother of my ex wife who was very aggressive with me after when I come in the UK . and she went to morocco and applied for divorce without my presence,she got it and send it to the home office then my RC been revoked.
after 1 year been nowhere in the UK and heard that she got maried with her Ex boyfriend and the marriage with me was just to have this certificate of divorce.
after 2 years of depression I met with a new Moroccan Germany national ,she help me a lot and
we want to get married.
I can get married in Morocco with sending a sign consent to my brother to marry her on behalf of me.
or take appointment in the registration office.
I don't know which way to do that I asked many solicitors all of them said my case is confusing and the home office can arrest you.
Please I'm really in need to change my life for good ,I would like a good advise about what should I do step by step

It's was revoked on 01/2016 and the court sent me to apply for the appeal and i writed my case and I applied for it after few weeks they send me back the refuse of the appeal cuz i didnt been with my ex wife more than 1 year and they said if I want to progress in my case I should apply to the high court but I after that due to the hard situation where I was I lost this court documents.

It is quite a complex case, but their may be a way out, just prepare for a bit of a fight. A proxy marriage is lawful in the UK provided it was undertaken in accordance with the Moroccan procedure and properly registered.
