UK ILR Rejected - Effect on Canada PR

If an UK-ILR visa is rejected based on section 322.5, will there be any impact of this on canada pr application?

You will likely be required to declare any refusals if the forms ask.

sorry about that please can you tell, whether there is a requirement to declare it before hand, like in application ? i know it wont reflect in police certificate ??

I don't know but the majority of countries want to know about previous immigration or visa refusals.

That aside, do you have a work permit for Canada??

How do you qualify to apply for PR??

i meant to be asking about Express Entry.

You would have to go through the process to see what the requirements are. There are not many members on the forum who are familiar with Canadian immigration.
