You are not bound to any immigration restrictions anymore once you get the ILR. You can leave the company the same day you get the ILRMystic2018 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 22, 2018 10:07 amThanks Vinny for the information.
So my Company did receive a letter of suspension. I can see the letter was dated 4 days after my ILR approval date. So is it safe to say that I just dodged a bullet or should I be concerned ?
In the letter they have asked to submit the work evidence for all the sponsored employees. So now as I am on ILR there is only one employee who is on sponsorship (Tier-2 visa). So is it safe to say in the response to UKBA that as I am off the sponsorship so we will be providing the details for only one employee (who is on sponsorship currently) ?
Additionally even if they ask for my work evidence it will be difficult to provide evidence as I have signed an NDA with the client. So is it safe to attache the signed NDA document with the response to UKBA ?
No.is there any harm if I stay with the company
