Question regarding RCoS points (Salary on Offer)

My question is regarding R CoS points

i.e. (RLMT points + Salary on offer), I know RLMT gives 20.

But on my offer letter it says 47k as basic, various other benefits (pension contribution from employer 9 to 16%, holiday allowance, health cover, annual bonus 7 to 10%)

So please advice whether my 'Salary on offer' is 47k or 56k (got this number by adding compulsory benefits to my basic)
