Yes, if you find a new HO approved sponsor and meet all the requirements.During my this 2 years, can I find another job and change my job?
You have to apply for a new visa. You cannot work for your 'new employer/sponsor' until you have a new Tier 2 visa. A tier 2 visa only allows you to work for your sponsoring company. You cannot move around changing jobs without applying for a new visa. Everytime you want to change jobs, you need to apply for a new visa.If I successfully manage to change my job, do I need inform Home Office that I change job? or I need to re-apply again my Tier 2 working visa (Even thought is not yet expired?)
Tier 2 General is not necessarily easier. It is not the old Tier 1 General visa that was NOT tied to an employer. Tier 2 is tied to your sponsor completely.|The purpose is holding a Tier 2 working visa is easier to get job.

Let say my Tier 2 visa with company A have not expired, and I get a new job with Company B. So I need to apply a new TIer 2 visa (company B) with new term.
1. Thus, I need to pay again the visa fees and healthcare surcharge fees? Yes
2. Will the number of years (I need 5 years) only can apply for ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) will be effected? No
You seem to only want a visa to stay in the UK to reach 10 years long residence. If need a new Tier 2 visa, is generally will be same, just able to stay in UK while looking for another job. The opportunity just that able to stay in UK only.
You are misunderstanding the rules around Tier 2 completely. There are very specific requirements that must be met for you and your sponsor and specific levels of income required for both Tier 2 and ILR.
