CART JR

Good evening to everyone ,

I'm sorry if I've posted this in the wrong section as I was confused which category would be best to post this question

We recently won our out of country appeal , upon winning home office decided to challenge the decision further by requestion permission from FTT to appeal to Upper Tribunal, their permission was refused and everything was great till we heard they were seeking permission again this time directly to upper tribunal , last week their permission got refused however I've been told home office have one last option left which is a CART JR,

What is a Cart JR? And how often do home office proceed with an application of cart Jr ?


I'd be really grateful if someone can please explain or she'd some light
