Confused between Tourist visa and Family visitor visa for UK

Hi,
My husband is a work permit holder in UK and I also work here on dependant visa. We want to bring our parents here for 1 month in June.
I was initially planning to apply for a tourist visa for them and send sponsorship documents from here. But now I found that there is another type of visa called Family visitor visa.
Which one should I apply for?
P.S: My mother will be sponsored by my husband.She will stay with us in our rented house and we will sponsor all finances for her during her stay.
We have gathered all documents required.

Any help is much appreciated.
