CiFAS AND IMMIGARTION

Post by Akshtandel » Mon Jan 22, 2018 8:28 pm

Hi I’m Aksh I just want an advice about immigration in UK AND CIFAS. My question is that one of my friend has got his name under CIFAS record, so does that affect his immigration because he is soon traveling abroad and all his bank account was closed few months before. He is EU CITIZEN EVERTHIBG OTHER THAN IS LEAGL AND FREE OF CRIME. So please reply me as soon as possible ifanyone have some knowledge about this issue.
Thank you

A CIFA record will stay on file for 6 years. I'm assuming your friend is suspected of fraud or money laundering. What is his current status in the UK? Does he hold PR?

Where does the CIFA and the closed bank account figure here :?: If you want advice, you'll have to give a more detailed background.

Good character isn't relevant to the EEA Regulations, but it may well result in a refusal if applying for British citizenship.
