Need Advise in regards to Tier 1 Enterpreneur Extension

Post by anjanach68 » Sat Jan 20, 2018 10:32 pm

Dear Gurus,

My Time Line: Applied June 2017
Complex Letter July 2017

IHS Refund: Jan 2017 ( Received IHS first and then Interview call )

After two weeks upon IHS partial Refund received an interview call booked for next week. But one thing that bugs my mind is i have lost the signed agreement contract with XYZ company. It was my first contract which is 4 months in 2014 but i got all invoices and matching bank statement ( That invoices got client XYZ details ) which i'm happy to submit.
1) Can someone please suggest me do we need a contract for services agreement legally?

2) In worst case if he wants that old contract can i tell him the exact situation.

I tried to request a new one from XYZ company but no proper response as the contract was from 2014. if it was definitely a legal requirement ill chase the XYZ company but not sure if i get a positive response. Apart from that i got everything perfect all set to go. Please advise the pros and cons Thank you

Are they coming to your premises or you are going to vfs? You work from home or from office?
You initial investment was oversea or from uk?
I don't think you need to worry about just 1 contract.
You can tell them that you keep only one year record or provide them whatever you have.

They can do anything they want. It's their game.
There are still 50% chances that we will be called for an interview. PREPARE. ✌️

I got complex letter on 2nd June 2017.

I observed few things that they are either interviewing those who don't have office space and 2nd ones are those who used overseas funds and lastly those who have real complex issues in their applications.
More 70% haven't been interviewed but their applications are pending for no reason.

I dont think so that you have to worry about one contract but at the same time dont say that I only keep documents for one year as HMRC requires you to keep documents for 3 tax years minimum - obviously HMRC is not interested to see your contracts but they just have a rule

So its best if you just dont talk about it at all. And if they specifically ask for something, just say that its in our archives as its our old document

Dear Friends,

@ Tierloop - Received IHS first and interview call after a week exactly
@ Amit 8910 - In June 2017
@shaz2029 - Personal Overseas account
@ Never give up, Heyaheya, Momi , 1002132 and this board forum members thank you all for the support

Sorry for the late replay. I did my interview few days ago which lasted for 2 and half hours ( I guess they are taking minimum 2 and half hours if they visit the premises ) Questions all the same from this forum. ( the extra questions raise from what you answer so, better make sure you answer for only what they ask you). Take all the docs you submitted with your application ( including Vat Certificate, incorporation Certificate and the docs you submitted with initial application ) As per my previous post i lost the signed contract ( Initially they told me that they need the contract but luckily they just cross checked my bank statement and invoices and happy with that. Apart from that missing signed contract every thing was fine as per my knowledge. But we never know as some times its the matter of luck too. If you require any info please feel free to contact. Thank you

One more question senior members how many years do we need to save the signed contract? The contract i lost was 3 years 10 months old. ( I know we need to save the invoices and Bank Statements for 6 years and what about the signed contract do we need to save that for 6 years too. Please advise. Thank you

Hi anchanach68,
I hope you will receive good news soon from ukvi.
I applied on June 29th 2017 and still waiting for my visa, I received the complex letter on the 13th of July. Please let us know what date on June you applied for visa. It’s really stressful wait.

Dear friends,

My application was in pending for the last 10 months. My dependent want to leave due some emergency back in home country. I have few queries please advise.

1) Once my application has been approved in future can my dependent still eligible to apply for new application ( or does my dependent become over stayer )

2) Also, can my dependent change to Tier 2 main applicant ( Apply from home country ) if we withdraw the dependent application.

3) Any home office complaints email ID or phone number please advise.

I know many people waiting for years. But emergency situations make people mentally ill. Please advise thank you

Dear friends,

My application was in pending for the last 10 months. My dependent want to leave due some emergency back in home country. I have few queries please advise. If she submitted an extension application with you, You need to withdraw and she will then be an overstayer if her last visa has expired.

1) Once my application has been approved in future can my dependent still eligible to apply for new application ( or does my dependent become over stayer ) Yes, a new entry clearance visa assuming her previous visa has expired. Her clock towards ILR will be reset to zero and a new 5 year residence requirement.

2) Also, can my dependent change to Tier 2 main applicant ( Apply from home country ) if we withdraw the dependent application. She has to apply from home country for tier 2 assuming she has a sponsor, RLMT has been done and she meets all the requirements. Her clock for ILR also resets to zero.

3) Any home office complaints email ID or phone number please advise.

I know many people waiting for years. But emergency situations make people mentally ill. Please advise thank you
