EEA EFM Change of Circumstances

Hi all,

I have made an EEA EFM application to sponsor my partner, when i submitted the application I fell under the category of a qualified person that was 'currently working', however I will be taking on an additional job which will be my primary form of employment. My question is, am I supposed to notify the Home Office of a change of circumstances? If so, does anyone know of an appropriate address as where I can mail the documents?
