Sending Evidence after Submitting Application- Spouse Visa

Hi experts,

I'm sorry if there are already other post relevant to this. But I found they are unique to the people and I think it differs from country to country.

Please I require your support . These are the documents i will be providing as evidence for my application after our wedding. My partner is Nigerian:

1) Comparability Statement by NARIC UK

2) English Language Assessment Letter by NARIC UK- (is letter sufficient and doesn't have to be a certificate ?

3) will be printing my bank statement - 6 months

6) 6 months pay slips

6a) employment letter

7) Tenancy agreement

Letter from letting agent describing the house saying we have right to the house and won't be deemed overcrowded as it's currently shared between myself and one other person.

9) Letter from agent over 28 days is this still okay?

10) should I include utility bills?

11) will be attaching WhatsApp call log

12) should we include WhatsApp chats? Some of them are really personal? Is it compulsory. If yes will have to.

13) pre wedding photos together

14) will be attaching wedding photos

15) wedding certificate will be attached.

16) my partner's TB test certificate.

17) council tax statement ?

18) Decree Absolute

I can't think of anything else at the moment. Please feel free to add and advice me on what's not really relevant.

Please everyone, I'm not being impatient. Today is the last working day before Xmas. Plz I need your response in case I need to get any official documents. For example, council tax statement etc.

Add as much of correspondence, including the whatsapp, and especially if it is 'private' that is what the real relationship is about.

Re bank statements, what do you mean you will print them out? Teh yhabe to be printed at the bank office and it would be prudent for them to be stamped, the electronic b.s. is not sufficient.

Add your photos with your wife, draft a letter confirming your relationship etc. Letters and evidence from your wedding.

Be creative and the more details, the harder for the Home Office to refuse your application.

If you do not meet the income threshold think about third party guarantees, future prospective earnning and

Hi there ,

I haven't yet submitted my application but from what I have gathered from my time on the forum and researching :

- If you don't have exclusive use of the property ( you are sharing with others ) then you will need to have a property inspection report to confirm there will be no overcrowding.

- You should also include a letter from your landlord stating that they give permission for your spouse to reside in this property once they have a valid visa.

- I would include the utility bill/council tax statement as proof of address alonside your tenancy agreement , although I can't say this is a requirement.

- If you don't have the original posted bank statements, online printed statements will need to be officially stamped by your bank.

- Add proof that you have visited each other and have actually met in person e.g flight tickets, hotel reservations etc

Yes I also think that utility bills and council tax and other proof of address are not required at initial spouse visa phase which become highly imperative when extension time where both couples need to show cohabitation.

You can add the any other picture you guys took apart from wedding ones. Get any birthday cards or Valentine cards, flights tickets.

last 6 months originals, or if printing online make sure each page is stamped by the branch to verify authenticity, if they can't stamp this then ask them to write a letter to confirm authenticity, most banks should be ok with this if you mention it's for immigration purposes

1) We have started completing the online application but there's no questions relating to how we met and where we met. It looks like it's the right form. Could it be that the form has been updated recently?

2) And where do the sponsor who lives in the UK send evidence to?

Hi experts and everyone

Please I need your support regarding this matter. We've submitted our spouse visa application... but after going through few pages on here and reading Appendix FM-SE I realised I "must" also submit employment letter. I submitted my contract of employment instead?

I checked the requirements on the "employment letter" it basically says the same thing as my contract of employment I submitted I.e:

(i) the person’s employment and gross annual salary;

(ii) the length of their employment;

(iii) the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in the application; and

(iv) the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency).

I'm prepared to go to my boss and get her to write an employment letter but application is already submitted.

My question: Is it possible to send evidence to HO after you submitted application and evidence?

Or is the contract of employment sufficient? It's with the same company.... it states everything including my National insurance number.

Note: evidence was received by the HO on 15th of January.

Don't delay and send employer letter asap because it's highly required. Maybe sending this letter may work.

My application has been submitted. It wasn't submitted with employment letter so I am seeking one from my employer to send to them?
I'm getting increasingly confused and even paranoid having read few post on here. Questions:
• I DIDN’T include council tax statement in my application, is this necessary?
• I included letter of no objection from agent but no property inspection letter
• Tenancy agreement

I feel I have got the right documents but reading posts on here I felt I need to quickly send additional documents to them…. I don’t want to wait for them to write to me as I don’t know if they’ll actually write, etc?
I have written down my list…it’s part of the thread on here
