dear all

i am on tier 1 E post extension Visa,along with my partner.
i have a question regarding applying ILR .
can i apply ILR alone without team member ?.As he wanted to wait till 2019 sep to complete his 10 year LR.
please advise me on this confusing situation.i am running my business well,with created 2 full time employment .

Yes. Your application is separate and not related to your partner. You and your partner merely can share investment and job creation evidence. That is all

Many believe ILR LR is simpler and less questions asked, less documents to submit, and possibly get appeal rights etc. Some obviously have found out this is not the case.

and 6 months minimum to wait for a decision and be without a passport is another factor contributing.
